This morning I awoke and realized I am seriously lacking food in my apartment. However, I did have 3 ingredients: cottage cheese, chocolate protein powder, and 2 eggs.
With these three ingredients, a skillet, and a blender, you can make Chocolate Protein Pancakes!
Side note: I would have put fruit on top of my pancakes, except I’m out. 😉
2 egg whites
1.5 scoops chocolate protein powder
1/8 cup cottage cheese
1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender or mixer.
2. Cook the mixture like regular pancakes on a skillet.
Honestly, these pancakes aren’t exactly my favorite breakfast. I suppose it works if you have very little food in your home like me! I see a lot of blogs featuring these pancakes, so maybe you will like them better than me. I just thought the texture was strange.
In other news, I am headed to Atlanta soon to visit my friend Aisha. She’s a great friend from my hometown. We met in 8th grade because we had all the same classes together! 🙂
