This morning I really intended to run. I’m really trying to be a morning person and it’s hard. Maybe it’s harder in college? I feel like I’m going against the grain. Anyways, I still managed to make a great smoothie that tastes similar to a Thin Mint Girl Scout cookie!
PS: I WILL run this afternoon by the way 😉 I’m done skipping out on it!
Despite my lack of exercise, I woke up craving this smoothie.
Thin Mint Smoothie
Ingredients:
1. Handful of spinach leaves
2. Semi sweet chocolate chips
3. 1 Banana
4. 1 scoop chocolate Whey protein powder
5. 6 cubes of ice
6. VERY small amount of peppermint extract (Be careful.. this stuff is strong!)
All you do is mix all the above in a blender and BAM there’s your smoothie!
Side note: I may add some milk in next time. It is pretty hard to sip this smoothie!
See you all after lunch. I only have 1 class today because the other one is cancelled! Yay!
